If you are experiencing a problem with your pager(s), the first step is to contact Digicomglobal911 to determine if this can be fixed with programming, new batteries, antenna, or firmware/software updates. If the pager cannot be fixed at a dealer level, the dealer has to process a ticket number through Unication. The ticket information and shipping instructions will be provided to the customer. The customer will ship the pager(s) to the warranty repair center. Information about the warranty process will be updated to the customer
